This is the easiest baking recipe that I have ever tried. ingredient - almond flake and powder mix both together (no need water) and place in baking plate bake till golden color.. tada... DONE! Very simple! Hee... The almond flake is crunchy. ;)

Today doing something sweet. Then will have a sweet sweet year ahead. :P The ingredients, simple though. But I took wrong can at first, it should not be lychee. this is the correct one.. longan :P Follow the instruction at the back of jelly powder's packet, but replace portion of the water with soya milk. Stir the powder in water till cooked. nata decoco at the bottom of cup Pour in cooked jelly syrup, after the jelly is cool a bit, put longan on top of jelly. DONE, put into fridge. Tada... sweet dessert, jelly with longan is ready. :)

The day didn't start very well. Car pool, but need to drop by police station, boss need to pay for the fine ticket. :s That's different route, and wait there for 20 minutes. If I would know we will have this side agenda, I will not join the car pool. By the time reach the hotel, we were late. I didn't miss anything anyway, we yet to have enough head count to start the class cause most of the people used to be late. I really don't like this kind of attitude, why people can not be punctual? Another very busy Saturday, tired. As usual, I went to gym after woke up. Today not able to workout longer, cause have karaoke session at Redbox. Yeah~~ My last karaoke session was so so so long ago. I don't know what was happened to the engineer in my department. On Friday, I got 2 karaoke invitation, and then I knew another group of people also booked a session. Haha.. Stressful works uh, time to release tension. :P Today kinda fun. Our session been extended for half an hour. After done, we met up with the other group, continue the fun for another hour. haha... I was woke up quite early on Saturday, go to gym at 8am. I was doing cardio exercises for 1 hour, in sweat. :P Did some weight lifting, read paper while cycling. Then enjoy the jacuzzi before taking bath. Leaving gym and heading to town at 11++am. I wanted to buy some traditional biscuits. The shop has been promoted on TV and paper and blog. It looks very promising. I tried to ask Penangists, but they not aware of the location. That area has a lot of junction,s small roads and one way streets. I parked my car aside at the main road, then scouting around to search for it. I forgot to bring the printed map, so, I walked around based on my memory, tried to match the building with the photos that I saw in the blog. Luckily I found it. It is the flat behind the shoplot, where Tai Tong Dim Sum resided, at Cintra Street. Once the boss saw me, he talked to me in Cantonese. hehe.. The trip to Bali was rest and relax. 5D4N trip from 17 ~ 21 June. No hassle of rushing, a group of 7 of us, hire a van with driver and tour guide, then we were on the move. The daily activities started around 9 or 9.30am and end after dinner. The dinner quite early though, 6 or 7pm. After daily touring, we had lots of time to rest and have a good sleep. We stayed at a 3 stars hotel, in a tourism spot. Along the street, lots of pubs / clubs. I am not into the night life, not really fancy of it. So, at night, will be in the room watching TV show, HBO or AXN. :D Bali is an island that has fascinating cultures, beaches and a lot more. Dad's birthday and father's day are in June. My parent is very traditional Chinese, the love and care of children never been speak out. No, I also never tell my parent that I love them. :P What to do, I inherit all their gens. hehehe.. I will try to give them something every year. Friends visiting Penang last weekend, 4 of us having a really good time gathered together. When you are in Penang, you sure won't miss the chance to taste local food. :P Yeah~~ Eat a lot for past 2 days, hokkien mee , laksa , char koay teow , popiah , chai kuih , roti canai ... My younger brother was in Penang. Well, this time, he has friend to be his tour guide in town, I only be with him for half day. I brought him touring around Pulau Tikus. We were at the Buddhist Temples. On the same street, there are 2 temples, one it Thai temple and the opposite is Burmese temple. Wat Chaiyamanglaram - Thai Buddhist Temple Dhammikarama - Burmese Buddhist Temple So hot, what came into mind? Yeah~~ very cooling ice cream. We been to Maxim's Cakes house, tried the gelato, Italian ice cream. Will you able to resist it when you see those gelato??!! One of the section of gelato, there are flavors of tiramisu, Oreo, chocolate, mocha and whisky too. There is another section with fruits' flavor.

I got this recipe from genius cook . ;) The recipe and instructions look pretty simple, but preparing the ingredients took me almost an hour, measuring the portion, peeling apples, mixed this and that... Preparing the ingredients yeah.. done, strong scent of cinnamon. :) Looks nice uh.. :D Taste not bad lo.. Not too sweet, strong scent of cinnamon, but a bit wet, I think something not right. :P I need to check with genius cook, to find out what's wrong, need improvement for next time. :D My family not showing much favor on this muffin, the scent too strong for them. They like the chocolate muffin that I baked some time ago, will bake that next time, and it is much easier. hehe..

Enjoyable week, few eating out sessions. :) Sorry ar.. You can see but can not taste. :P One of the day, after work, buddy and I went to have Japanese steamboat dinner, at Sungai Nibong. It is very neat and clean. We were the first customer on that night, later came in another 2 groups. I wondering how they can survey with such less customer. The food quite expensive, our sets cost RM44. Japanese Steamboat Restaurant Yosenabe, Sungai Nibong tomyam soup and plain soup, and 2 sets meal - seafood and special set. Weekend, I went to hospital, thought of donate blood, but after the screening test, nurse rejected me.. again.. sigh.. for past 2 years, I am not manage do donate blood, due to low hemoglobin, enough for self usage, but can not donate. :( After friends done with the donation, we went to have lunch at a very delightful vegetarian restaurant, Song He .
