feeling

Today, I have my yearly performance planning with my manager. This is to plan what I will be doing ahead of a year. I wish to move forward to do something that different from my current tasks, more on strategy planning for project or process. The most important is the salary increment!!! As for last year planning, my most intention was to have job satisfaction. But, this year, I admit that I need more money to be satisfied. This is the first time in my working life, money become the most important element. The life is pressure at current economy situation. Everything increase except my salary. :( The bonus and increment been delayed and I do not expect the amount will be considerable, due to our company last performance. Sigh... C'est La Vie ~~~

经历了一次艰巨的冒险旅途后，我领悟了一些道理。 只要有恒心，天下无难事的。只要有毅力，我可以为我的人生留住精彩的一页。 很多事情，都可以在自己的掌控之中，想要怎样的成就，就必须努力的争取。虽然会遇到挫折；虽然会不如意；有时候，结果也不是预设的。但，我知道，我努力过了，我付出过了，我尝试过了。若成功了，我的辛苦不会白费。若失败了，我也今生无悔了，因为我尽力了。 是的，我成功攀到京那巴鲁山山顶了。 当然，这并不是我一个人可以完成的任务。身边的人所给的鼓励，也是一股强大的原动力。 在山顶往下拍的景色 谢谢一直以来为我加油打气的好朋友。他是过来人，也是我的军师。体能训练，服装配备，一切的准备，他给了我很多宝贵的意见。旅途中，他也不忘给我发简讯，给我加油，让我振作，让我觉得我不是孤军作战。我不会让自己失望，也不会让为我打气的人失望。 同行的友人，因为体力的差别，有一段很长的路，都没有在一起。那段路程，好似遥不可及。我只有坚持自己的信念，我要完成任务，我要达到我为自己设下的目标。在攀爬到山顶的途中，也遇到贵人了。一位攀山导游，向我伸出了援手。牵着我的手，伴我走了近一公里，一直到山顶。要不是他，很大可能性，我无法到达山顶的。因为当时，我已经筋疲力尽了，而且又冷又累。要不是他的坚决与鼓励，我今天就没有这么好的回忆了。 由衷的感谢所有人的鼓励与扶持，为我的人生留住了非常精彩的一页。

I had been to Kota Kinabalu from 15 - 21 March. This was an adventurous trip. It was very tiring and exciting. :D It was raining everyday in KK, especially in the afternoon. I woke up at 4am++ in the morning :s Nothing to do, clean my room, chatting with a friend online. I wait for my house mate to wake up and fetch me to the airport. My colleagues and I, totally 6 persons in a group. We touched down in KK Airport Terminal 2, met the agent and he brought us to the lodge and gave us some briefing. We checked in at Velvet Lodge . Then, we hang around in KK town, by walking. It's raining day, we stopped if the rain was too heavy. 大选成绩出炉，不只让朝野政党措手不及，全国上下人民也感到非常意外。人民的心声，终于被听见了；人民勇于用选票，来表达对原任政府的不满。 国阵政府的腐败、贪污、滥权、无耻的言论，华小问题，百物涨价，治安每况愈下等等。再加上经济压力与生活开销提高，人民生活越来越困难。国阵政府以为控制媒体，制造社会欣欣向荣、民主的假象，就可以蒙骗人民。人民不再无知，在现今的网络时代，许多主流媒体避忌的新闻话题，我们都可以轻易从网络中得到。人民一直在进步，领袖却倒退；在全球化经济趋势下，在朝政府一味的维护某族群的利益、玩弄种族课题。试问这样的领导层，如何可让国家进步繁荣呢？ 人民无法再忍受一手遮天的领导层，人民需要改变。这次，选民展现成熟的思维，善用手中的一票，选出体恤民情的领袖。我们要看到的是一个英明与清廉的政府。但，无可否认，还是有些人盲目投票，选党不选人，一些无哩头的候选人也当选了。 希望新的领袖们，可组织贤慧的执政群。让我们一起期待，新政府会给我们带来另一番的民主气息。

Since the Parliament had been dissolved, there has been a lot of activities carrying out by the political parties. The nomination day at 24 Feb, speeches by parties, video clips, brochures and the posters. One morning, when you wake up, you might see lots of posters and flags everywhere. :S During the campaign period, the politician become very kind and generous. The project or the fund that has been pending for long time, will get approval by now. The candidate promises every good deed. BN and opposition "fighting" for 13 days. A say B a liar, B say A give empty promises. Penang is a hot spot this time, the leader from 4 major parties are competing here. For past 2 weeks, I had been "boom" by too many news, articles, video clips... of the election. Most of the info about opposition, we need the change. :) After 50 years of independence, is our life become better??? Vantage Point, a nice movie. There is only one truth story, but different people will have different perspective. The same incident has been repeated in 6 cycles, each cycle describe the story from a person's point of view. We are not able to know the complete story of the incident from a person's description. From one cycle to next cycle, we getting to know the more detail, and finally the truth is revealed. The ending is clumsy. The terrify plan is ruined, when the terrorist become such a mercy to avoid hurting a girl. I wonder.. a terrorist that had killed so many life can be such mercy. Vantage Point In real life, we always make a decision base on our own perspective. It might be suit to the situation from our point of view, the other might not agreed. We need to be open minded and willing to listen to other opinions. It will help us to make an optimum decision.
