Happy Birthday to Malaysia. Today is 52th Independent Day of Malaysia, we celebrating with the theme " 1 Malaysia ". I do hope this is not only a slogan, shouted for few months, then everything cool down. The patriotic ads can be seen everywhere, TV, newspaper, poster, radio... In the ads, every ethnic live happily and harmony on this lovely and peaceful soil. Yeah, that's the ultimate goal that we all wanted to have. Let's hope to see equivalence of policy for every ethnic in this country, with multiple races, will become a practical.

天气转凉了，老天爷每天都愁眉苦脸，雨下个不停，风刮得很凶。在办公室里，冷气又冷得刺骨，我就一直打喷嚏，一直流鼻水，喉咙也痒痒的。没看医生，想以自己的抵抗力战胜它。已经病了一个星期，没什么起色。 趁着长周末，回老家一趟。我已经一个多月没回家了。喝了几碗妈妈煮的药材浓汤，睡了一晚好觉，隔天就全好了。嘻嘻。。。生龙活虎的和妈妈去逛街购物。一逛就是三个小时，收获很丰富。 吃喝、无忧、无虑、闲着。。。

Department team building been held at Tanjung Bunga Water Sports Recreation Center. It's a sunny day, we were at the beach. mm.. expected to have some level of sun burning. Committees spent lots of effort for preparation and made the event full of fun. During the registration, we were given a name tag, at first, we thought we will be grouped according the color of tag. But it was not, flip to the back of the name tag, the group name was written there. my group name - Old Newspaper First task, form your group. "I love u", "I will follow u", "Come on baby", "You jump I jump", "Are you sure", "Wake up", "Old newspaper", "Buy 1 free 1"... Yupe.. those were the group name!!! :D Imagine when everyone shouting here and there to find the group member, funny though. hahaha.. Each group needs to have a leader and slogan. We were given 2 raw eggs, which we need to carry through out the whole game. We were allowed ...

Tired~ .. .. .. Tired~~ ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... Tired!!!~~~ Whole day hands full of work, non stop, using 2 computers. Leaving office around 8pm++. That time felt so full, dunno why?? Should be time for dinner. Drove back home directly without buying dinner. After shower, cooked instant noodles. Done with one packet, not filling, cooked 2nd packet. mm.. can eat some more, drink milk, eat chocolate. Stomach seems like still empty. STOP!!! I can not allow myself to eat continuously. Brush my teeth, then I won't eat anymore. What to do then?? .... Doing what le??.... Blogging.... What to write??.... Write what ar??..... Thinking..... Waiting to fall sleep....ZZZzz....zzz....ZZZZzz....

I took my blood test report, everything is perfect, even the LDL also within normal range. :D So happy with that. For past few years, my LDL was in higher rate. Last year even worse, had high cholesterol. This year, cholesterol dropped from 5.5 to 4.4. Hurray.. Thyroid rate is suspicious, lab assistant advised me to seek doctor consultation. Doctor said not a problem. phew.. luckily. Have a follow up with doctor regarding my previous heartbeat case , after medication, not happen again, should be fine then. He said I can take some vitamin lo.. I think I need more vitamin M(oney). hehehe.. :P Will maintain my diet, do more exercise, have balance lifestyle, do not stress too much, enjoy my life, be happy... ;)

I got a new toy, 8 Gb iPod Nano. Hurray!!! I spent the weekend with this new babe. I totally don't know where to start. :P Luckily buddy help to me to setup iTunes, and load some songs into it to test out. wahaha.. great!! It is working. Then I download the user manual from website, study the other features. Now, I can load songs and photos, haven't try out the video yet. Later I will get one arm band, then I can use it during workout. :D my Blue Apple

I am in frustration!!! Frustrated with the works, frustrated with dead line, frustrated with changing schedule, frustrated with bank! I just want to register online banking account for my credit card. During card activation, the customer support told me to go bank and get the pin. I went to bank, the "profession" told me need to have saving account's ATM card, then only can get the pin for activation of online account. So, I opened the saving account and get the pin to activate online services. Erm.. not right, I still can not see my credit card detail in my online account. I called the customer support again. Well, I have been told I need to get another pin for credit card, and create another online account. Seems like the data not sync between saving and credit card system uh! And actually I do not need to have ATM card at the first place, but use the credit card at the ATM machine will do. Aiyo, different story from different person. So, visited bank for second time in...

A friend back to Penang from Singapore, and have a gathering dinner at Red Chopstick. The food here is quite ok, but the service is not so friendly. The waitress suddenly came to wipe the table. I got the hints, we should leave, the time is around 8.30pm. :( Well.. forget about service.. 5 of us are ex-colleagues. Friend is working in Singapore, and have a week of holiday. We haven't see each other for a year plus. Some of us haven't get in touch for years. :P When girls get together, we will have non stop talking, update each other, we talked about works, our bosses, talked about past time... bla bla bla.. and time flies, 2 hours plus seems like very short. After we paid the bill, we continued to chat outside the restaurant. haha.. but not for long la, some friends need to drive back to mainland. group photo Friends, keep in touch often ya. ;)

Another very busy Saturday, tired. As usual, I went to gym after woke up. Today not able to workout longer, cause have karaoke session at Redbox. Yeah~~ My last karaoke session was so so so long ago. I don't know what was happened to the engineer in my department. On Friday, I got 2 karaoke invitation, and then I knew another group of people also booked a session. Haha.. Stressful works uh, time to release tension. :P Today kinda fun. Our session been extended for half an hour. After done, we met up with the other group, continue the fun for another hour. haha... Satisfied. :D I am not good in singing, just be there for fun. In the group, some are really talented, it is an enjoyment by listening to them. Dinner time, went to have seafood feast at Teluk Kumbar Seafood (Hao You, 好友). 6 of us were there quite early, around 6.30pm. The place having lots of people, but not full yet.
