Department team building been held at Tanjung Bunga Water Sports Recreation Center. It's a sunny day, we were at the beach. mm.. expected to have some level of sun burning.
During the registration, we were given a name tag, at first, we thought we will be grouped according the color of tag. But it was not, flip to the back of the name tag, the group name was written there.
First task, form your group. "I love u", "I will follow u", "Come on baby", "You jump I jump", "Are you sure", "Wake up", "Old newspaper", "Buy 1 free 1"... Yupe.. those were the group name!!! :D Imagine when everyone shouting here and there to find the group member, funny though. hahaha.. Each group needs to have a leader and slogan. We were given 2 raw eggs, which we need to carry through out the whole game. We were allowed to steal or destroy other group's eggs. :D
There were 5 stations for game, such as mathematics teaser, word scramble, guessing sign body language, ping pong games which was not on ping pong table. :P
Take a break for lunch. Buffet lunch was quite nice, or maybe I was too hungry. A lots of food, full!! :D We had a break after lunch. Managers and engineers had a volley ball match during the break.
The last activity was to build a kite. The kite must be can fly and point given to decoration too. I like this the most. It brought me back to my childhood. In the past, we used to build the kite and playing around the neighborhood. ;)
What a great day!!! A working day that I no need to be in office but at the beach. A day that colleagues can gather together, not discussing defects of project but having lots of fun. A day that managers and engineers are equally at the same level, committees are the boss. :D

Station 1 - Guessing: An actor will make a random pick, then use the body language to give clue to team member to make a guess.
Station 2 - Scramble: each team member has an alphabet, use the letter to arrange a word.
Station 3: Mathematics Teaser: Solve the math questions, then answer it by scoping the ping pong with correct answer.
Station 4 - Pass the Ping Pong thru the connected pipe: for me, this is "deep water hot fire" (水深火热). We need to be in the sea and weather was extremely hot that day.
Station 5 - Fill the pipe and get the Ping Pong: Not as easy as you think. There were holes at the bottom of the bowl and pipe.
