Tzu Chi having an Annual Blessing Ceremony at PISA on Sunday (27-Jan-2008). My friend asked me to help him on that day. Year End Blessing I went to PISA around 9.30am. Lots of Tzu Chi members already been there. They were preparing for the show later in the night. My friend brief me on my tasks. I was helping him at the audio-visual control station. Sound very simple. I needed to get ready the subtitles, which will be display on the projector screen during the show. The subtitles were prepared in Chinese and English, based on the script. I got the script and the rundown on my hands, all I had to do was clicking the next button, to bring the subtitle up, line by line on laptop screen, then the other guy will projected it to the screen. Simple? I went through the rehearsal for first time, still good, can catchup with sign language (手语) performance and drama. There were some missing subtitles that need to be added in after rehearsal. I had attended a colleague, WM's wedding. As usual, the weekend started at Friday night. :P I went to hotel, joined the bachelor night gathering of WM. Bachelor night wor.. What can a girl doing there? Luckily he didn't ask me to be the bunny girl... haha... A gang of us where there, chatting, bluffing, eating. :D After the comb hair event, we took some "tang yuan" and went back rest, caused need to wake up earlier the next day morning. Saturday morning, I had joined the "brother" team, went to invite the bride. The team was a big gang le... 10 brothers + 4 gorgeous girls :D Reached the bride's house, but not so easy to meet the groom, need to pass some test. 看了这DVD后，我才明白，原来，我也曾经忧郁过。 忧郁的症状，我都有。。。失眠，心情沉重，对什么都没兴趣，胡思乱想，不开心，厌世。。。等等。 遇到不愉快的事情，总是往心里藏，把不愉快的事情累积着，使得自己开心不起来。 有一段日子，我不只心灵创伤，生理也严重失调了。面对人群时，都装做很开心，和大家嘻哈大笑，但夜深人静时，我一个人躲在被窝里哭泣。哭得累了，哭到睡了。 蓝色病毒 - 证严法师谈忧郁 我可以做的，就是把注意力分散，尽量让自己的时间表排得满满的。周末或假日时，很想和朋友聚一聚，要不然呢，就去运动，好好的出一身汗，心情会轻松很多的。再来呢，就是吃大餐，狂追连续剧，或综艺节目，看到开心的，就笑个饱的，如果是悲剧，就哭个痛快，把所有的不快都发泄了。 很多时候，我不会把自己的懦弱呈现在别人面前，不管是朋友或家人，我总是报喜不报忧。 如果我曾经在你面前崩溃过，哭泣过，我要谢谢你的包容，非常感谢你出现在我的生命中，让我有个依靠。 因为对你的信赖，我可以毫无保留的表露出真我。 我其实并没有你们想象中那么坚强。坚强的外表，只不过是要在社会中立足，而给自己穿上的外套。 要怎样摆脱忧郁呢？以平常心看待这不完美的世界吧。但，何谓的平常心呢？我还在探索着。 要能忍耐，才能活得安然无事。 可以忍到什么地步呢？我不知道我的极限到哪里。 善解，包容，知足，感恩。 以这态度来面对生活，世界就会变得美好了。 朋友，谢谢你们的相伴。衷心感谢!!!

It's Friday, should have weekend mood. :P I was having buffet dinner with my friend at Tao, E-Gate. Buffer dinner is RM48/pax, excluded taxes. They have 2 sessions for dinner. 1st session from 5.30pm ~ 8.15pm, 2nd session from 8.30pm ~ 10.30pm. We booked for 1st session. This was the 3rd time i dine there. Previously, I was treated by colleagues, as their promotion treat. :P This time I have to pay myself, but one good thing, we were given 10% discount, due to early bird privilege. hee... :P I like the fish very much, we ordered various types of fish, all taste fresh and nice, I can't really remember the variety, I think got grilled salmon, butter fish, steam fish... Other than that, I also ordered my favourite scallop. :D This time, my friend ordered lots of food that I never try before. We don't know most of the food, just that, in the menu, the item name sound like very nice and tasty, so we gave it a try. ;) After the meal, we were too full, walked to Tesco, ha...

I flew to KL on Friday night, by Air Asia. The flight was not full, i think only around 30% occupied. I choose a seat near window, so that i can view night scene out there. When took off from Penang airport, i tried to spot the place where i stay.. hee... not found :P i was lost in direction. The most significant view is the Penang bridge. Unfortunately, my camera not good enough to capture the view. :( it's a short flight, around 50 minutes, it started to descend. This time is KL night view. Nothing that seems familiar to me, no KLCC. I guess most of the lighting is from housing area. My sister fetched me from LCCT, it took us 1 hour to reach, she was complaining, too far already.. :( next time, i must find some alternative to go to town from airport. But, i won't take limo lo... too expensive, it will be more expensive than my flight's fee. :( Saturday, sister and i went to Genting, meet up with my parent. My parent was there too, to attend annual dinner. We went for lunc...

The Komtar, Penang most significant land mark, but very pity, it's like an empty shell now. :S I took this photo last week, when i brought a friend tour around while he visited to Penang. I went for a movie with friend. The Game Plan, a family-friendly comedy, is funny and heart warming. I laughed too loud till my friend tried to calm me down. hee.. :P The power of father is very touching, i was sobbing when dad and daughter went apart. 远方的朋友到访，到机场接机，就开始了吃喝玩乐的行程。 吃吃喝喝，走走看看，蛮累的。我充当导游，负责开车，吃喝由朋友包办，挺不错的。 吃早餐的地方，在树下，凉风习习，落叶飘飘，悠悠闲闲。 光大 - 昔日光辉不再，宏壮的外表，却失去了有生气的灵魂。 在新世界吃午餐，碰到好久不见的朋友，这么巧，她也是从远方来出席晚宴的。 今天过得很写意，吃了就走街，走累了再找吃，吃了继续逛，然后到咖啡座喝杯咖啡闲聊，互相嘲讽。。。哈哈哈。。。 午餐，在这间气氛还不错的餐厅里享用。 朋友，有空要常来坐坐哦。

Friday again, planned a dinner with a friend, but she called off the appointment. :( I guess i will have a boring Friday night today. Nearly go off from work, a friend said he is available for dinner. can't think of any place to go, so we went to Queensbay, checked out their directory, we decided to have our dinner at Manhattan Fish Market. we had appetizer and main course. then having dessert at Häagen-Dazs. i had my first Häagen-Dazs ice cream on Cathay flight, went to Hong Kong for business trip couple years ago. i missed the chocolate ice cream so much. after so many years, i had chance to taste it again. oh gosh.. banana split with Belgium chocolate + cookie & cream + vanilla. after finished, i thought of order another set, but my friend said he can not take it anymore. i knew he not feeling well, shouldn't let him eat too much. :P Häagen-Dazs banana split My friend is leaving Penang soon. Happy New Year!!! I was having karaoke session at Redbox with friends, for countdown celebration. :D We sang from 10pm till 6am in the morning. crazy uh.. Redbox had a eat and drink competition, lucky draw, then countdown, not really very excited, but just for fun lo.. the singing session start with hit song, then we picked past generation songs.. haha... those old day's song did bring back our memories of school time. ;) lucky draw gift @ Redbox After the marathon singing session, felt so hungry. we went to Anson road ate dim sum, then back home sleep. i can't really sleep for long hours, woke up after slept for 4 hours. blur... :s i had my room spring-clean. although it is just a room, but it took me 4 hours to get rid of the chaos. anyhow, i am feeling much more comfortable been in my room now, everything is in neat. Now i really super duper tired. Hopefully tonight i can have tight sleep. 心情，也可以像房间一样大扫除吗? 把不开心的心情扫掉，把伤感丢掉，把烦恼抛开。 新的一年里，要让自己快乐。 祝大家新年快乐!!
