feeling

Today is such a relaxing day. I slept tight last night, sound sleep for 8 hours. I seldom sleep for more than 6 hours. I earn 2 hours today. :D At the morning market, buy breakfast and newspaper, someone give me a lovely and big smiling face, yeah.. a good start for the day. Go to gym, workout very hard and sweat. I have to lose all extra fat and weight. For the past few weeks, I was too busy rushing for project deadline, so busy and lack of workout, but stuff myself with lots of food to relieve stress. Project finally done. Before the other hectic project start, I better take a break. It would be the best if I can take a long long long break. :P It was raining in the afternoon, cooling weather, good for afternoon nap. Reading and watch movies at home, sleep whenever I want, eat whenever I am hungry. Ops.. I thought I just said I wanna lose weight. hehee.. Let's go to have fun today!!! Yeah, today we are having company bi-annual sport event. Wake up very early in the morning, and reported ourselves by 7am, at USM. Gloomy day, the rain is on and off. Breakfast is served after registration. 3 categories of games, full motorized is treasure hunting along the road; semi motorized is relocating the member to the park, then start hunting on foot. The other category is on site game at USM. I am joining the semi motorized, so we departing to Youth Park, get the first booklet from check point. The booklet has the questions for us, which the answer can be found along the way to Botanical Garden. The day of MotoMania It has been a very very long time I do not visit to Botanical Garden. I had a good workout today. Early morning, went for hiking with friend and her gang. The gang of uncles and aunties, some quite elderly. Don't play play with them ar, their stamina really really good le. One uncle had been to Mount KK for 3 times. :S I was there for 1 time, first and the last, never thought of been to Mount KK for second time, the journey waaayyyy tooooooo hectic. We went up via jungle trail at Pondan Hill, the entrance is further up a bit from Moon Gate. The trail was very slippery, due to raining the night before. This is the first time I hike via this trial. It was challenging to hike on slippery rocks and small water fall and certain part was quite muddy. Sorry, no photo to show, I do not bring my camera, even I bring, I think I will not have chance to take any photo either, it was non stop hike. :D The journey to station 84 was about 1.5 hours. By the time I reached there, I was soak in wet shirt. :P totally wet from inside out, sweating a lot!!! We went down ...

Happy Birthday to Malaysia. Today is 52th Independent Day of Malaysia, we celebrating with the theme " 1 Malaysia ". I do hope this is not only a slogan, shouted for few months, then everything cool down. The patriotic ads can be seen everywhere, TV, newspaper, poster, radio... In the ads, every ethnic live happily and harmony on this lovely and peaceful soil. Yeah, that's the ultimate goal that we all wanted to have. Let's hope to see equivalence of policy for every ethnic in this country, with multiple races, will become a practical.

天气转凉了，老天爷每天都愁眉苦脸，雨下个不停，风刮得很凶。在办公室里，冷气又冷得刺骨，我就一直打喷嚏，一直流鼻水，喉咙也痒痒的。没看医生，想以自己的抵抗力战胜它。已经病了一个星期，没什么起色。 趁着长周末，回老家一趟。我已经一个多月没回家了。喝了几碗妈妈煮的药材浓汤，睡了一晚好觉，隔天就全好了。嘻嘻。。。生龙活虎的和妈妈去逛街购物。一逛就是三个小时，收获很丰富。 吃喝、无忧、无虑、闲着。。。

Department team building been held at Tanjung Bunga Water Sports Recreation Center. It's a sunny day, we were at the beach. mm.. expected to have some level of sun burning. Committees spent lots of effort for preparation and made the event full of fun. During the registration, we were given a name tag, at first, we thought we will be grouped according the color of tag. But it was not, flip to the back of the name tag, the group name was written there. my group name - Old Newspaper First task, form your group. "I love u", "I will follow u", "Come on baby", "You jump I jump", "Are you sure", "Wake up", "Old newspaper", "Buy 1 free 1"... Yupe.. those were the group name!!! :D Imagine when everyone shouting here and there to find the group member, funny though. hahaha.. Each group needs to have a leader and slogan.
